Look at the liner again,it says "Just think if that was albino",it did not say"Just think if that was a Colombian cross albino" There are FULL Suriname albinos,so am am sure there is or have been albino Bolivians born in the wild.LIGHTEN UP, THIS IS A HOBBY NOT POLITICS.
