When is it optimum to pull out the male if you want to put him with another female.
At 18 months old, i put my male with my female which was approx. 5 weeks ago. I've noticed a lot of courting, and definitely had their tails entwined quite a few times, however i never could tell if there was any copulation, hoping there was. Anyhow, would it be a good time to pull the male now...he has stopped courting...and feed him??? or should i give him more time with the current female to see what happens?
One more question, should i feed the male once between both "sessions"...that would be one meal in 2-3 months for a very young boa...or should i feed him again before the next intro...or what??? i really am at a loss for ideas here because it's the fist time i put a male with multiple females.
Thanks for any answers.
