I haven't tried fiberglass resin, and I'm not sure it would adhere to ABS plastic very well, which Neodesha's are made of.

However, over the years I have used Liquid Nails adhesive with great, long lasting results.



The original "Ranger" and "GlassTechnic" cages were made of fiberglass, and they were unbreakable! Neodesha used their "design" (slanted-front) and were very successful for many years.
