Does the picture below give you a clue?

We actually did this card three years ago.

My beloved tortoise shell cat, Chrissy, died two days

after Christmas '03, at the ripe old age of

18. We now have a three year old torti persian, Jenny, and

a 2 1/2 year old russian blue, Tucker, that we adopted

at petsmart.

The beta fish WAS dead when we took the photo.

My spouse went into my daughter's room to take

the fish's portrait and it was floating. Daughter

wanted the photo taken anyway.

The dogs are still with us, but the setter is REALLY

getting old. Severe arthritis, incontinance, but the

internal organs seem to be doing ok. Setter is Lindsey,

Black dog is Max, and the Collie is, you guessed it,

Lassie.

The bearded dragon, "Caveman" was a youngster in '03,

he is a big three year old now.

The five lined skink, Geico, is four years old.

The brown snake (storea dekay)has moved on to the next

world, life, whatever.

The box turtles are juvies that I was keeping in that winter,

all are hibernating now. The red eared slider also now

hibernates in his pool that has a heater in it to keep the

water from freezing. It was so warm earlier this week, he

was out sunning

The cockatiel, Spunky, is six year old and we also have a

white parakeet that my daughter found one cold november day

in the carpool line (some idiot parent had released it), my

daughter's teacher helped her catch Spice and she brought

the bird home in her lunchbox. Fortunately, we had an extra

cage.

We still have the bunnies, Smokey and Fluffy. Fluffy, the

brown bunny, is eight years old and in great shape. Smokey

is five years old.

The praying mantid lived another month or two and is one

of several that I have kept. I love mantids.

I won't go into the lobster roaches, superworms and mealworms.

The herps have a Christmas dinner of crickets and wax worms

arriving via fedex tomorrow morning.
