RE: dehydration???

Boas do alot of their business after dark. Once in awhile I'll go in to the snake room a few hours after dark with just a flashlight to see them roaming around. That's usually when I've seen them drinking, yawning, and defacating. I don't usually see mine crawl in their tubs to drink, just their head over the rim. If you're concern or don't feel that you're seeing an adequate amount of urates, you can inject pre-killed rodents with plenty of water, making fury water balloons, lol. You really don't see them drink too often though.
