That will be a nice cage and you will be able to provide a gradient of temp and humidity and lots of hides for him. Captive age is really difficult as so much depends on his early care (is this a juvenile?), your exact care and nutrition, and simple heredity. 5 years would be good I think, but it could vary a lot.
