Yeah, I was basically saying that I'm glad they aren't just passing a blanket ban that completely illegalizes them, but they are actually passing regulations and standards that makes it such that people cannot impulse buy herps that get big and dangerous. My that news article the law seems pretty good, though I haven't read the actual bill or anything.
