I have heard of them being very finicky when they are young. You kind of just have to keep trying. I have also heard of people using Vitamin B12 to stimulate a feeding response. Ask a vet about it. They should be able to help you out. The other thing is, try soaking the pray in chicken broth, and or splitting the prey's head open and putting some chicken flavoring there. I have never done this, but I hear it works. Good luck.
