according to my very reliable source and friend that lives in Rio De Janiero, " were the actuall two Leucistics were found " in a slum outside of the city. They are at the Niteroi's Zoo in Rio De Janiero and they do plan on breeding them and offering the captives for sale. It is very much " Legal " to export from Brazil. It has to be in the same manner as Peru. You can only export captive babies and that is it. Nobody has a successfull farm in Brazil and that is why that none are offered, but if you apply for the permits and go through the " red tape, " you can have a farm in Brazil and export C.B. babies, that are not endangered.........John
