There are only two ways to tell sex.Popping and probing,.........Popping is done when the animal is a hatchling and should be done by someone with experience. The other probing is done with a probe and sex is determined by the distance a probe travels when inserted . Both procedures should be done by someone that is familar. The one other way thats not !00% is done with sub adults and adults. Males will combat usually if housed together , Kind of a pushing match but sometimes striking occurs and can be dangerous to both. I would recommend a breeder with hatchlings.
