Hard to tell what that black spot is on his head. It isn't his third eye, that I am sure of. It could be many things though. It could be a burn mark, fungus, infection (insect bite?) or something else. I suggest bringing him to an experienced reptile vet, one who has worked with bearded dragons.



I also noticed your dragon looks a bit under weight. You can almost see his hip bones and his tail base is thinner than it should be. Tell us more about his cage setup, how often you feed, how much he typical eats daily, what you are feeding him, his basking temp, etc. so we can help get him up in weight as well.
