Housing couples

I am just wondering if anyone here houses there boas together year round. If so why or why not?

The reason I ask is because at this point I only have 2 large enough enclosures to house adult boas and have been keeping my juveniles in small tanks. Can I ever house male/male combos or female/female combos year round. I know this is a little harder for record keeping but I am very involved in observing my snakes many times per day.
