I have large walk-in enclosures for my groups of boas that I want to breed together....ie, snow project, albino project, ect. These boas that I want to get to know each other are kept together year round with no negative observations. They are removed and fed separately in rubbermaid feeding tubs. Right now, my largest group looks like an orgy....can't tell one end from another! My snakes have great temperment, as I can interact with them without actually lifting them. They seem to like the arrangement, and often lie together in a beautiful way. There is room to have not one of them be touching, and instead, there will usually be a pile of them, with one or two lying on their own. I love keeping them like this. Works great for me.
