I think a better question would be if anyone had housed two snakes together with problems. For the most part it isnt a good idea.

Cons:
1. Cannibalism
2. One sick snake turns into two sick snakes
3. Different enviroment requirements
4. Stressed animals
5. Easier record keeping

Pros:
1. Saves Space

If you're getting another snake I would suggest getting another cage as well. These are the reasons I only keep two snakes together while breeding them... and I've had both reason #1 and #2 happen so far in the short breeding season and wouldn't imagine keeping them together forever with potiental problems like these.
