Ya know, I think it’s just a case of bad customer service. I go in every year or so and they are always hammered with lots of customers. They are so backed up with people that they don’t take the time to find out your knowledge level. It’s like winning the lottery to try and get some help some days. A lot of people treat them like a zoo and just come in with their kids to just see the reptiles. We have to remember that they are in Berkley and a snotty attitude is part of the culture, but man do they have one of the best selections in Northern CA!

I’d like to check out you pet shop if you are still in Fremont, I’ll be in the east bay over the weekend.
