health issues

I have a young cornsnake that has been refusing meals...earlier this week it ate but then regurged a few days later. Now the problem seems much worse as the back half of the snake is limp and seems almost like it is dead although the head is still moving and the snake still flicks its toungue....any ideas anyone?
