I was having the same problems with my glass aquariums. My solution was to put a larger water bowl in the tank, and cover 3/4's of the screen top with "Glad Cling Wrap". Leave some of the screen exposed for air exchange. Continue spraying the tank after this and you should see a dramatic increase in your humidity. If this fails you can create a "humidity hide". This is a common method using damp moss or even paper towels inside a small container as substrate. Cut a hole out of the side big enough for you snake to crawl through and put the lid on. This should create a concentrated humidity spot within the tank for you snake to access as needed. Hope this helps.
