Posted by: kybosh at Thu Dec 9 19:29:33 2004 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by kybosh ] Wow...my ball python actually ate! What a relief. I had no luck with pinkies or fuzzies for the first 8 weeks, so I went to a local store where it was recommended by a female breeder, (little did I know, and 15 pythons to her name no less) to plop in a live "hopper" mouse when it was time for bed. Along with a piece of carrot or lettuce to keep it occupied, there's less chance of it nibbling away on your snake. Needless to say, my little guy has been resting under his hide spot for the last 3 days, savouring a full belly. [ Hide Replies ]
