Can my dragon eat earwigs?

I'm not quite sure what bugs I can give my bearded dragon. I've usually just stuck with beetles, crickets, wood bugs and occasionally a preymantus or grasshopper. Now that it is summer, I catch all his bugs from outside. Lately, there hasn't been many beetles or woodbugs and all I can mostly find is earwigs. Is it okay for me to feed them to my bearded dragon? Are there other bugs I should include in my beardies diet? I am also getting plants for her outside. I heard that dandelion leaves were good. Is there any more plants I can get for her? Thanks.
