White's Tree frog were caracterized as blue frogs because of a mistake made way back when they were discovered by Mr White. In keeping the specimen's they brought back from australia in jars filled with a liquid (can't remember the name) so that they didn't rot but stayed intact, the frogs would turn blue, so that when they examined them, the frogs would be blue and that's where the misconception of WTF being blue came into play. The frogs actually have an impressive range of color changes, as I have noted in my two WTF. They can range from brown to a blue green, depending on humidity, lighting and other factors. You're best bet is to do research on this and find the right levels to have a bluish frog. Besides, if you do find a blue WTF and don't have the right environment to keep it blueish, you may find yourself disappointed.
