I suggestion don't keep them together. I don't think it's just a matter of toxically but the toad's care requirements could be different, may not like the presence of other toads etc. Unless you know for sure via research these two toads are quite happy living in the same cage, keep them separate. The fact they are from two different parts of the world, is a pretty good indicator they shouldn't be housed together.
All that said, I have no experience with either species of toad but the general rule is don't keep mixed species together. Vivarium setups can be made with mixed species but careful consideration must be taken on what to put into it. Environmental needs, activity times, comfort with other species, aggression and shyness etc.
