If the eye is just "dented" this is most likely a depression in the spectacle. Usually these are not an issue - the underlying cornea is undamaged - and resolve at the next shed. If the "dent" is massive there could be trauma to the cornea, although this is fairly rare without a laceration to the spectacle. Send me a photo
