Hi how are you...I will tell you right now i bet 100% its a eye cap! What you can do for this is get a warm towel/cloth and put it on its eye. What this will do is let oisture in! Watevr you do DO NOT RUB THE EYE, as this can make them go blind because are hands are to acitic and rough and will pel the outer skin of the eye with the eye cap! When you goto the vet akk he will do is take a piece of scotch tape or maybe a tweezer and it will slide right off, i ask you not to try takin it off yourself if your not experinced!!!! ps my red tal boas always happen to its pretty commom especially if its not humid or not misted in a shedding period!!!!
