The Coral trait is not a gene it is a trait.It is a trait independent of the albino gene.
It has been observed that the Coral trait is and may be connected to the Pastel trait.
That is why there are different degrees of Coral Expression.You may have a very low or high expression of coraling on each individual animal within the litter.
Yes,when a Coral albino or Het Coral is bred to a (plain) Albino or het albino....Some of the babies will be Coral.The non albino babies will be 100% het Albino's Poss Coral.
When selling the babies it is always a good idea to show one of the Coral Albino siblings for proof,or the Coral parent even if it is a het.Some people can usually see the Coraling under the normal pattern if you know what to look for. Hope this helps. -----
