I bought a little box that looked to be made of similar material, and when I place a heat pad underneath it, it started putting off a VERY strange smell, like heated plastic, which it is of course, but I was afraid that this would be harmful, so I took my gecko out of it and used a different container. Do these containers put off a smell when heated? Is the smell harmful? thanks
