I believe in feeding him as much as he will take, especially as a growing baby. Try two hoppers, and if he wants both, then consider a larger prey. I'm assuming that you're feeding mice, and my 06 girl took small adults easily. I like to see a little lump in their bellies after feeding. Your tank setup looks great!
