an upper respatory infection. Its makeing noise,ghasping for air, and has a dischare.. HOW EVER, its really a bad idea to take a dignosis from people online who only have a second hand discription of the animal to go on, and treating it for the wrong thing or in the wrong wy can lead to a speedy death for said animal. Its time to take it to a vet. If you dont know of any exotic vets check this page:

About half way down you select your state and you will get a whole page listing vets that treat herps. If you have to travel it shouldnt be very far...
What it comes down to is if you cant tell what it is on your own, and you dont know the treatment on your own; you shouldnt treat it on your own...
