Oysters are bivalves, and there is some protocol for their farming and collecting. Lots of investigation for some degree of sustainability. There's more control over their use than with cuttlefish. Show me an impact assessment that's been done for the world's cuttlefish stocks and I'll consider it. It's no good to say something's a less damaging alternative just because impact assessments for it don't exist. | ||
