White spot has shown up.....????

I have a possible super hypo colombian. He is an awsome snake but I took him out tonight and noticed that one of his saddles towards his tale has a white spot. Almost like someone dropped some bleach just on that spot. Does anyone have a clue what is up and should I worry about it?
