I doubt citric acid would bother chams at the concentration needed to damage frogs. It would likely get washed off pretty quickly. Again, I'd expect it to show up along the back and head if it was sprayed from above. Most likely it is a skin disease or fungus that the relatively isolated gene pool of HA jax happens to be sensitive to. Also, chams show bruising from injuries (insect bites?) as black areas. | ||
