Every once in awhile you get a new guy or someone that usually works nights and doesn't typically check in AirCargo. Get to know your Delta managers at your airport. If you don't know who they are then ask. I have been shipping Delta for five years and have never had a problem except when a boneheaded employee that has generally not worked there longer than six months gets in the way. International Airports typically have a Hub just for shipping and a shipping manager so get to know him/her if you shipout of an International Airport.
