at the Kansas City International (now known as Midwest Continental International) I have been shipping snakes with this facility and recieving animals from this same location for several years now, I know all of the workers there, they know me and yesterday was the first time i've ever been told i couldnt use heat packs. I even had the supervisor calling his supervisor, and his supervisor wants me to bring in MSDS(material safety data sheets) in for the heatpacks before they will allow me to ship with them anymore.
