I just spoke to the heatpack company...

and they are faxing MSDS(material safety data sheets) to the office in Kansas City whom I spoke to again this morning and found out these guidelines are set by FAA, not Delta. Go figure my office would actually enforce the new guidleines....which is to not allow any questionable material until is it ok'd by FAA, they also said they no longer allow dry ice to be shipped in their cargo...how do they keep the lobster cold now?



I hope now that they have the MSDS sheets I can continue to use the Delta Dash service WITH heatpacks. Thankfully the manager has been very helpful and is suppose to be calling me back once he has all the info on the heatpacks.
