I'm kinda new to breeding Boa constrictors. My largest female (8.5 ft, 33 lbs) has been "breeding" with my male. I couldn't tell if actual penetration occured, but I think so. He quit having interest in her and after a week of no interest I put him in with a different female. They are locking up now. The original female has since begun to go into the shed cycle. Is there a way to tell for sure that this is POS? How many days after POS can I expect babies?

If these were Kenyans I would be 1000% sure babies were on the way, but from everything I've read these boas are much more difficult.

Thanks for your time!

Travis

Posted Pic is the female in question.
Male is a 100% DH snow approx 3 years old.
