Many of the less expensive relative humidity gauges are fairly inaccurate and usually read low by 5 to 10%. If this is the case, your humidity could be as low as 50% within the enclosure. This is too low for a retic, and would be low enough to cause lung tissue irritation and possibly an RI over time. I think your temps are fine if those are substrate temps. | ||
