Here is a suggestion. Take some masking tape. Cut it in strips about 2 feet long. Before you go to bed. Place strips sticky side up on the floor along the walls or any funneling area like door ways, staircase. Now before everybody starts to freak. The tape is not for holding the snake. The snake will crawl over it and drag it to the nearest hiding spot. In the morning check your tape spots. If a piece is gone your on the trail. It is alot easier to find your missing pet when they are pulling 2 feet of tape behind them. To remove the tape, use cooking oil. Wesson, peanut oil, you get the idea. An escape can be very dangerous for your snake. A little tape sounds bad to us. But there are worse things out there. Good Luck. Claude
