sick ball python

i have a 2 year old ball python i got about 3 weeks ago he was perfectly fine he ate 2 times already and i got him all the best stuff with a huge cage. all a sudden he looks sick he looks like he has to open hi mouth to breathe and he not the same he been hanging ou in the colder side oh the tank could it be he to hot the tank was built for fish so it sealed up 3/4 of the tank but one side where the heat is about 90 degress help please what you think
