"For those who think it's all too much, the commission will offer a "no questions asked" pet-return amnesty day for reptiles, fish and amphibians March 24 in Clearwater. Those who miss the amnesty day can call their regional commission offices to arrange to have their animals picked up."
Who would these be returned to, what would happen to them, and why does it say "fish and amphibians"? And PYTHON is a rather large grouping. But I love the stupididty of the uneducated. I don't know how many times I've been asked if my Ball Pythons can eat me. "But they are pythons. Don't they get huge"? And my other favorite is "Has the venom been removed from them"?
Educate the public!!! ----- That which does not kill me postpones the inevitable.
