maintain?

Though I have kept BCI, particularly Mexican Boas, off and on for many years this is my first venture at breeding them. I have bred Rosy Boas for many years though. One of the key indicators that a female Rosy Boa is gravid (besides all the behaviors) is the actual body temperature of the female (not the cage hot spot). Female and male Rosy Boas normally maintain a body temperature of about 81, when ovulating females are often about 84 to 85 and when actually gravid a female Rosy Boas body temp is 87 to 89 (given a cage hot spot of 90 to 92).

I have read and heard females spend considerably more time in the hot spot (makes since) but what actual body temp do gravid female BCI seek to maintain?
