Every look doesn't have to be a morph. I wouldn't consider a pastel any more a morph then a colorful normal. There both polygenic traits. But i'd still say the snake above is a pastel. The fire boa, or the red-line at schneller reptiles would be what i'd consider a colorful normal. Definitly not pastels. Their colors come through heavy and dark. And have no reduction in black pigment.

The snake above has more of a creamy colored wash of pink and orange as well as a reduction in black especially towards the head(upper half of its body.) Pastels are polygenic, and this one shows the trait, so its a pastel. It does have an "overall wash of reduced black", not completely, but that doesn't matter because pastel is a trait, not a morph, and this one shows it. I guess it could be considered low end to some. Pastels can be a very flimsy subject.

Below is a picture of a pastel i own which has a huge reduction of black(still has some years to muddy up though), but doesn't have the color as the snake above. I wouldn't call mine a low end simply because it lacks color, but a pastel with less color. I wouldn't call the snake above possibly a colorful normal (though the term low end can be used in matter of opinion) Because there is no border line. it is or isn't pastel, i see a reduction in black as well as that creamy wash, so i say pastel.
