The only way to produce 100% hets is to have one but not both parents be visible homozygous morphs. For instance and albino bred to a normal would result in a clutch of all 100% hets meaning that every single baby is het albino. An albino bred to a het albino would result in a clutch of 1/2 albinos and 1/2 100% hets and so on. Hope this helps!
