It really has nothing to do with beauty. There are a lot less lavender albinos and some people are willing to pay $25K for one, so they get theirs first. Why would someone sell one to you for $35 when someone else will pay $25K? If they really are no different then buy a $35 animal and be happy. If you admit they are different and just don't want to pay $25K, then wait for 20 years and pick one up for $200. Pastels were once $25K as well.

Then again what do I know?
