Do you have good, or at least decent, building skills? Being able to do it yourself would make a big difference in any answer/advise I can give you.

Also, how deep do you want/need the cages to be? 24" deep cages are nice, but if you need them to be tighter to the wall 18", 16", and possibly even 12" deep cages would work, but would need to be longer to add the needed floor space. 36" x 24" cages that sit about 12" high would be large enough for almost any adult BP. The pine, and the gopher snakes could fit in this size as well, but a little bigger (48" x 24" and maybe taller would be better. The leos cage would depend on if they are kept singly or in groups.
