IBD Question Please help

I need to send a tissue sample in for a necropsy. What kind of tissue is needed to test for IBD? I really have a mess on my hands right now so I can explain the situation later. Right now I have two dead snakes, three sick snakes and one looks like it will die sometime today. I have been at the vet with each snake and we are doing our best to treat them. Right now I just need to know what needs to be sent in to test for IBD. The Vet has the body right now so a quick response could save some time and snakes. Thank you for your time. God bless.
