RE: Chlorhexidine or Nolvasan ?

I saw a classified add that said they where diffrent and I also googled them and I think nolvasan kills viruses but chlorhexidine doesent, but chlorhexidine is generic for nolvasan? but it doesent kill viruses.
I dont know whats going on,might just be a marketing tactic.
