hello,,thinking of buyin rainbow boa,,,problem with humidity

hello,,,im thinking of buying a rainbow boa, ive had alot of diff. kinds of snakes ie: cornsnakes,ratsnakes,garters,racers,psammophis,pythons etc.. they didnt require humidity like the rainbow boa does, ive read in several caresheets that it needs 70-80 humidity,is that true and how can i keep the humidity that high,, thx in advance
