Why is that ball python worth $25K when a normal is $35.00, after all, they eat and crap just the same!
A few reasons;
There are only a few of this mutation, its uniqueness (sp!) dictates what one is ready to pay for it!
It takes time to get a new morph project going, sometimes years sitting on a major investment before seing any ROI.
Most new projects are brought in from Afrika, I will not get into the nightmare logistics involved in importing a new morphs. Those who've seen the movie ''Blood Diamonds'', very close to that reality beleive it or not.
The supply versus demand dictates market prices.
Why isn't a Picasso as cheap as the fake walmart repro!
Please chime in should you have other arguments justifying cost of morph.
Thanks
Brian
