help? stinky snakes..lol

lol...okay...

after my boa eats, she usually has that stinky unthawed rat smell...and thats obviously not good, because then she might smell that & mistake me for a yummy rodent...

also, sometimes she has issues shedding...it never wants to come off in one piece...and she usually has bits stuck on for a long time, which means i usually end up helping them off...

so im curious...are there any types of lotion/soap/etc that is SAFE for snakes...do these things effect their skin/health/etc...

i've seen that SHED-Aid stuff at the petstores...has anyone used it? does it work well?

...im just trying to learn some new tricks of the trade...

i saw this program once where a man had a salon with big pythons...and he "gave them baths"...and soaped them up...i dont know what he used and i dont know if it was safe for the snake or not...lol

so whats the deal?
