I think I figured it out. I realized this had happened to 2 other clutches I think the problem was the sand/ soil I used for the egg laying pots,it's pretty old an has been wet on and off so I think that was my problem (i.e. mold/bacteria) I have sense replaced it all with fresh new play sand. I'm just glad I figured it out early on before I lost any more batches. I figured this out because the one good batch of panther eggs I have was laid in pure fresh sand. [ Hide Replies ]
