CB-70 tubs do have lids and they are lockable. They have a clamp type lock. Also i dont see why you couldnt use tubs without a rack as long as you make sure to provide them a heating source (NOT HEAT ROCK they can cause serious burns). You also have to make sure you dont forget to lock the lids or you might be searching for you project. Also im not 100% but im pretty sure that if you use the lids i would think you need to drill small holes in the tub to let air in/out. I was told you can get CB-70 tubs at Office Depot but i havent checked into it yet. I know that target carries them alot of the time though.
